Vancouver International Dance Festival (VIDF)

HKC Marketing is providing hands-on coaching and guidance to create a unifying marketing strategy that translates VIDF's creative vision to build audience engagement, deepen relationships, and strengthen the festival's visibility and long-term sustainability.

The Elora Singers & Festival

The Elora Singers and Festival invited HKC Marketing to help bring their marketing in house, create systems and structures, and strengthen internal capacity. That vision is now a reality. We built internal systems they’ll use for years. We created the campaigns and sustainable workflows. We hired a new designer and developed unique, beautiful and meaningful visuals. Updated the creative. And we had the privilege of mentoring their internal Marketing & Box Office Coordinator, who now leads their marketing with confidence and clarity. MOCA Toronto (Museum of Contemporary Art)

From 2021 through 2024, HKC directed and managed all of MOCA's exhibition marketing, including campaign development and implementation: media planning and buying; media partnerships; copy writing and editing; collateral production and distribution; design management; advising and collaborating with internal staff members; and budget management. We also supported grant applications, museum strategy development, and provided guidance and advice to marketing staff we helped MOCA to hire.

The Royal Conservatory of Music / Koerner Hall

HKC Marketing creates strategies and campaign plans, manages all media planning & buying, arranges media partnerships, and provides coaching and advising for the Marketing Manager.  Heather Kelly directed the marketing to launch Koerner Hall, then oversaw all brand development, marketing, partnerships, outreach, public and audience communications for Koerner Hall and all concerts, 1996 - 2022.

Bloor St. Culture Corridor

Heather Kelly founded the Bloor St. Culture Corridor - Toronto's most diverse arts and culture district - and for more than 10 years provided organizational leadership, cultivated collaborative destination marketing and audience development, and facilitated a forum for knowledge sharing and collaboration among the 22 partnering organizations.
